We provide a fully-comprehensive service which includes TUPE transfer experience and employment law assistance and support where it’s needed.
We are fully behind investment into the training of our people, whether that’s through a formal apprenticeship programme or pre-employment training, as well as one-off qualifications. This investment leads to improved staff retention rates and added productivity.
We fully assess each of the employees we provide to clients, ensuring all legal and health and safety requirements are met. This commitment is on-going and can include measures such as the installation of LCD monitors within staff rooms to enable the playback of client specific health and safety or training videos.
Our HR personnel, who are CIPD-qualified, hold HR & Welfare forums including anonymous suggestion boxes and we advocate an open door policy with all staff.
